I think i need a head transplant, What do you think?

I had a sub arachnoid hemorrhage almost 6 months ago. I was given the all clear by the consultant, but, I am still slower than I was. I am due to go back to work in January, but do not feel that I will cope. My husband thinks I need to go back to work and thinks I will be better for it, but I am not sure. I am very forgetful at times,I have not driven for 6 months(and am scared to start again), but I do have good and bad days, what do you think?
