My 16 year old daughter wants to see a band called Combichrist in NYC should I let her go?

If she is not a city kid I say hell no. I am a city kid from NYC and if she is unfamiliar with NYC i say no way. And if you do let her go definitely do not let her go by herself. I am only 20 and i know several things that can happen if she goes by herself.
