I would stick to mouse pinkies. If she is 20 inches long, I would give her at least two pinkies. I feed my corn snake 3-4 pinkies at a time, every 5 days and he is getting close to 3 feet long. She will grow faster the more you feed her. Temperature plays a big role in digestion also. If your corn snake has the ability to reach a belly temperature around 90 degrees F. I run a tight ship in my business and there's no room for disrespect or bullying. 7 week old twins and feeding issues - spitting up, gas, constipation?

My 7 week old twins began having feeding issues a few weeks ago. I was feeeding them both while only adding a few Enfacare supplements here and there. They seemed to be doing well. Then a few weeks ago they began to get horribly gy. They both grunt like crazy and seem to be in pain when they p gas or try to have a bowel movement. Along with this they began spitting up a lot - but about an hour or 2 after feedings. They'd just be sleeping and wake up choking on spit up. I decided to try to switch to just Enfacare formula this week to see what happens. The giness has improved dramatically. The spitting up is not as bad. It's a smaller amount and is happening less frequently than with milk. However, it is still happening about once a day for each of the twins. It comes out their noses and it doesn't happen when they burp after a feeding. It's 1-2 hours after they eat. Have any other parents experienced this? I plan to talk to the pediatrician at their next checkup in a week, but wondered if there might be a better formula to try. Also - they seem to be constipated with the Enfamil Enfacare - their stools are less frequent and are a more formed stool as opposed to the runny milk stools. Is there a formula out there that would help with both the spit up and reduce constipation?

Air Force MEPS B/F% help?

Well, I went to MEPS last week and for my height im supposed to weigh 175 but the thing is im pretty muscular..They did the tape and I was at 19% b/f and well the limit is 20% for the Air Force. They told me to come back in a few weeks. I been dieting and everything but I really dont have a big stomach...I went to the local fitness center the day after I went to MEPS and they did my b/f differently and got me at 13%. Is there anyway that MEPS can do this?? With the Calipers? Or even with the little device that measures it??

That's not true. Whoever has told you this was lying. I lost a little boy at almost 20 weeks pregnant,and had a ton of ultrasounds,and (they didn't make me) but I had him cremated because I had to actually give birth,and he was almost a stillborn (wasn't at the mark where they call them that yet). At that far along she would have had to arrange at least a proper burial. They wanted to keep me overnight at the hospital to watch the bleeding and to keep me on "suicide watch" because of the event,but let me go when I had two people that were going to stay with me all night (my husband and mom) verify to the doctors that they were going to be there,and sign release forms. Even at almost 20 weeks I had to get a proper birth/death certificate because he lived for one minute.

We have an elderly family member who was diagnosed with aortic stenosis in 2006. His heart was evaluated again last year and the measurement of the valve was around 1cm. Last year he began having fainting episodes and ended up in the hospital twice as a result of injuries from the fall. At that time he also told the doctors that he has been having chest pain. The doctor told us that due to his age (93) and his other health problems, he is not a candidate for any type of surgery. The last six months, he has gone downhill quite a bit. In addition, he has dementia which has progressed a lot. Since he began fainting, he moved into an isted living facility. He seems extremely weak and has trouble walking and even sitting up in bed. Lately, he has been having a lot of trouble swallowing as well. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had any experience with an elderly person who has had this and is not going to be treated with surgery. I've found a lot of information about the prognosis after surgery, but not too much if surgery is not performed. Overall, my family is just wondering what we should expect. Will he continue to go downhill quickly or will his decline level out? It's difficult to really ask him about his symptoms because of the dementia, he does not really understand what you are asking. I have the same problem, also an A student and a bit absent-minded. What I do is keep a short list or calendar in my wallet of things I need to do. I check it pretty often and that reminds me. White Blood Cell Count Elevated?

Here is a brief history of my current dilemma - my husband, 34 yrs old, smoker, sent for a routine check up - white count came back 11.6 - they did a retest it came back 13.4, sent him to a hematologist - they ran it there came back 8.7 - we went back today for a follow up of the rest of his blood work which came back all normal - she wanted a retest of the white count - and today it was 12.5. He had a clear chest x-ray. This dr is sending him for an ultrasound of his abdomen to make sure nothing is going on in that area and she wants to do a bone marrow biopsy. I am completely petrified that this is some time of blood cancer. We have a 2 year old baby that needs his daddy. Has anyone out there had similar experiences and if so what was the outcome? I am grasping for straws here.

How do I stop my CRT TV ringing?

My 20" (5+ year old) CRT TV emits a just about audible high pitched ringing or buzzing noise. I am concerned long term exposure to this will eventually inure my hearing to it. I notice non-CRT screens do not suffer from this. How can I stop this noise? Would it be economically viable to repair?

We live in Kent County which is in Southwest, Mi....My 14 yr. old son was severely injured during his football game. He broke both his Tibia and Fibula in half. His leg was severely deformed and looked like the letter C and his foot was turned 180 degrees. He was in a tremendous amount of pain and in and out of conciousness. The t. Trainer called 911 from a cell phone which automatically was sent to a State Police Post 25 min. away. They dispatched the Ambulance service AMR. This where I no in my heart my son was denied emergency medical attention the he deserved. AMR forgot to dispatch the Citys Medical First Responders which could of been there in 2 min. My son laid on the 50 yd. line for 20 min. screaming in pain, in shock, 100s of parents, kids, teamates, teachers etc. all were crying, praying, he seen the ref throw up, football players were throwing cuz his injury was so gruesome and traumatic. When the paramedics did arrive they never checked him for a head injury, cuz they umed that this was just a routine call of a possible broken leg. When they seen the condition of our son they focused on the leg which I understand. Well they then performed a procedure on him that broke protcol and did not have permission from Medical Control to do this. The protocol for a double break with deformity which has cirulation (which our did have circualation) is to splint as is and NOT to straighten it. The paramedics straightened his leg and foot with no pain meds or sedation in the middle of a football filed with 100s of people watching and hearing him scream. The trainer asked them not to do that and offered them the use of his vacuum splint and they refused it. The trainer held his leg in place for 20 min. waiting for the ambulance so the bones would not break through the skin. He also teaches an EMT cl at GVSU and told us that everything those paramedics did to our son he teaches his students not to do. He also said he still closes his eyes abd can hear our son scream and see what they did to him, as does many parents and students and especially my husband and I. It was a horrible, inhumane thing to witness. After the procedure they put him in the ambulance, put in an IV and started Morphine. They then stabilized him and transported him to the hospital as a priority 2 where he was admitted as a Trauma Patient. He was number 1 priority 1 for surgery 1st thing the next morning. He had 2 rods, screws and plates put in his leg. While in the ER and hospital I asked to have him checked for a head injury cuz my husband didnt see the play and our son doesnt remember anything. The only thing he does remember is the straightening of his leg and the pain. He was already showing symptoms of a concussion. Blurry vision, headache, throwing up, memeory loss etc. I was told it was all side effects from the morphin and anthsetic. I asked again just to be safe and was told the same thing. He was able to come home a few days later. There was no change in the concussion symptoms. I called and told them he was throwing up, blurry vision, horrible headache, when he would get up to go to the bathroom he would get dizzy and feel like he was gonna faint. They called in an anti nausea presription and told me it was cuz of the Vicatin. More time ped with no improvment so I took him into our Primary Dr. He said he had all the signs of Post Concuission Syndrom and was gonna send him out a referal to a Neaurologist. Well 3 days later he started to have seizures. We brought him back to the hospital and he was having post concussion seizures. They ran some tests and it was discovered he had a bleed that did dry up. He is now on Delkacore and will be going to Mary Free Bed for brain injury rehab. He is suffering from both long and short term memoery loss which is making school a hard struggle for him. He is also suffereing from Post Traumatic Stress syndrome and needs to start seeing a Psychiatrist. He is having night terrors about the whole procedure and as even wet the bed a few times. I have talked to the Director of General Operations of AMR and he did say that them not notifing First Responders was 100% liabiltiy on them. He then asked what he could do for us and what I wanted or needed form them. I said I need to no why they would do that procedure on 14 yr old boy with no pain meds or sedation when he was already in a tremendous amount of pain and in shock. He said he couldnt answer that question but would talk to the paramedics and get back with me. Still no word! Is them forgetting toi dispatch First Responders dening him medical care or possible negelect? What him never being checked for a head injury when Iasked them to? Any advice or input is greatfully needed. Please somebody help me help my son! God Bless!

Given the current economy would you quit the job or stay?

I have been working at a retail business for about 4 years now off and on. I quit once because I was sick of dealing with all the crap but then came back because I needed the money. Anyway, My boss is a total . I know that everyone hates their boss but I can ure you that its probably unlike what I deal with everyday. The man degrades all of his employees in front of customers, calling them every name under the sun. He hates women, any one that isn't christian, any one that isn't a republican, and anyone that is younger than him or even older than him for that matter. He yells constantly at his mother. To put it simply if you don't believe everything that he does then you are going to get screamed at. Because of all of this many people quit quickly which leaves me working 50 to 60 hours a week or more on salary. I get a day off if I am lucky and if he is feeling charitable. I don't know what to do, this job is stressing me out badly but the last time I quit I ended up back because there weren't any other jobs. Its hard for me to find one while I am working there because he is pretty much my only job reference and he wouldn't take it very well if he found out I was looking for another job. I would be in an even bigger hell than I'm already in. I've thought about turning him in for some of the ist remarks but it doesn't really do me a lot of good because he would end up firing me or it would make work even more unbearable. So if anyone has any answers or ideas I would appreciate it.

Getting anxious about breech baby!?

This is my second baby and i know that with being the second they can sometimes move into head down position right before the birth but with my first she was head down very early and stayed there (well every appointment from 29 weeks she was head down) this time though the baby has not once been head down. She's either been in a transverse or breech position. I have had lots of scans and i know she's still transverse and can feel her lying across me under my ribs. At what point will they get concerned and start thinking of other options, i really would not like a c-section but as long as baby gets here in good condition i really dont care. Just anxious that noone has said anything so far and not sure when they will say something? just generally got a bad feeling that she isn't going to budge, do you know what i mean?! It is obvious that even this is very strenuous for him. His fins and scales are also being damaged from laying on the bottom. It covers his eyes and is so thick his gill movement is restricted. ok so ive been talking birth control for about half a year now ..a little bit more, and everything has been fine and dandy, worked perfectly, no need to worry about that. my problem right now is that i thought i had another pack for one more month and i don't. So ive been scrambling this last week to try and get my next pack, but its been 5 days now since i haven't had anything. Im a sunday starter, and ive been trying to read if theres anyway i can start taking it once i get my new pack, but the instructions are confusing me. it says that if i miss three or more pills to keep taking the rest for the week, but on sunday to throw out the pack and start a new one. At least, that's what i think they're trying to say. I know i made a stupid mistake by not making sure i had enough, but i need to know if this will work or if i need to wait a month until my period to start again. How does achilles tendonitis occur in gymnastics?

Any injury of this type comes from overuse. The area is subject to consistent stress that creates small or micro trauma to the tendon. This trauma never heals properly and it creates further stress on that area of the tendon which leads to more swelling and tenderness. The way to stop this is to develop enough strength in the tendon to stop this micro trauma from happening. There is an exercise called the 180's. When your leg is healed start this movement. Stand with the of the feet over the edge of a step or other area where the heels can hang completely down. Raise up both heels as high as they can go. Then take the right foot off the step and slowly lower the left heel down until it reaches the bottom of its range of motion. Now using the right foot replace it on the step and raise that heel up as high as it will go while having the left foot off the step. Do that 15 times with the left foot and then switch the routine to the right foot and do 15. Each week add another set of 15 until you have reached the point where a total of 180 repetitions are being done. This will develop enough strength to stop this problem.

Kenmore 80 Series dryer problem?

I have a Kenmore 80 series dryer that was running fine until last night. I turned it on to do a second load and it started making this loud kind of clanking/banging noise. It would heat up and run for about 30 seconds and then shut off. If I hit the start on it would start right back up again and then shut off after 30 seconds again. It also seems that it was hotter than normal. It is a used dryer but I have only had it for 5 months so I don't know if it could be clogged already. If someone says they will cut themselves if you stop talking to them what should you do?

Before this guy that is terrorizing me said he would kill me if I stopped talking to him. Now, he said "I could never kill you because I love you." and he went on to say he would cut himself if I stop talking to him. I want to get rid of this creep!!! What do I do? Do I have grounds for a restraining order? If I showed the judge the print outs of these conversations on Instant Messenger could I get a restraining order?

He's done the same thing that many men do. They don't start out like they can hold out. He did these things before because he knew it would attract you to him and now that he has you he doesn't find them necessary. He essentially believes you're paid for. If he thought he could have gotten your attention without doing those things he wouldn't have done them to begin with. So, now you need to either accept what he is to you for the other days of the year and cope with the fact he's not going to go gaga over holidays or continue to brood over it. He should do things because he *wants* to do them, not because he's nagged into them.

Could be but i don't think it should be accepted rather it's the heat of the moment thing or not...because it was still meant to hurt another person. There's no excuse for that type of language. I am willing to forgive someone if they said something like that, but I wouldn't appreciate them making an excuse for their behavior when they knew what they were saying.

Insensitive teacher wants a doctor's note to prove I have anxiety attacks?

I tried to tell my teacher the day after I had a panic attack starting in her cl (I was sick already, so I asked to go to the nurse and the teacher yelled at me to go sit down, then after 45 minutes I have my head between my knees and I'm sweating, panting, teacher finally sends someone to lead me to the office and I break down in there) that I have panic attacks and that sometimes I HAVE to go to the nurse because of it or I just need to step out for a minute. So the teacher cuts me off right after I say barely "So um, I never told you and I should have sorry but I have anxiety attacks"..... and demands a doctor's note. I'm on the verge of tears, I bolt out of cl without another word so I don't have an attack right there and end up unconscious with a concussion before that teacher even considers my attacks real. I never went into the hospital for my attacks or anything, I always dealt with them privately and with my therapist. Would a therapist's note count? Or/and my mom's? It was hard enough telling a few of my other teachers; the first signs I get are tears, breathing, then its tunnel vision, shaking, paleness, loss of speech (I'll mumble/stutter/start trying to speak but can't) maybe puking, pain, severe trembling and weakness and then I'm OUT. It happens fast sometimes, others more often it starts with me trying so hard not to cry and hyperventilating and I'm a time bomb the next minutes; if anything sets me off further I'll go through and perhaps end up fainting. The teacher is real loud, snappy, and plainly this teacher is rude. What would the best thing be? Go get my therapist's note + my mom's or just get my mom to talk to the teacher....? I could try talking again myself but most likely I'll tear up again.... just cry and sob anyway and not care? I didn't think the teacher would think I was trying to fake anything to get out of cl, I was one of the best by doing my homework and only yesterday has everything slid downhill because of my misinterpretation of instructions (I got my period just this hour, it's hell whenever the menstrual comes around every 7-10 weeks and it's always heavy for just every symptom)

I had a great experience with it. I was on the depo shot and received it every three months. I didn't have a period any longer and didn't have to worry about taking pills everyday. Best experience with birth control I have ever had. They say that it makes you gain a lot of weight but, I might have gained 5 lbs. I think a lot of women might use it as their excuse for gaining weight.

It's none of there business. It's your choice to tell or not--I would keep persoanl and business separate. If you tell it will get around the best way to to keep a secreat if all the people are dead--its just human nature.

Lower Stomach Pain...NEED HELP?

since late november i been having lower right side stomach pain. its only on the right side its a little lower then the belly on to the right, i guess u can say its in the spot of the appendix. i got a ultrasound back in dec to check for appendicitis, it came back negative for that and negative for gallstones. the pain only is felt when i push in, no rebound pain, not tender at all. im just scared its appendicitis. its been like this now for 5 months. my gastro guy said its prob ibs. im not in dying pain i just get really nervous that its appendicitis and i need surgery. i havent been to the dr in like a month or so for this. i work out everyday without problems, the only time i feel problems is when i go running it starts to cramp up and sometimes when im really full i push and it cramps throughout my stomach. do u think this is appendicitis im freaking out i need help. im 23yr male no pervous problems. do u think this is crohns? no blood in stools. what should i do next?

What is wrong with me????

i've known this guy for like seven years now...he is the most interesting, iest, smartest, funniest, strongest, guy that i know. he's great. we're great friends,and we've been boning for about three years now.we are not in a "relationship" it's more like "f" buddies when it comes to that part, but im also really close to him as a friend. he joined the navy about a year ago and i rarely get to see him now, sure we talk on the phone a lot but that isnt the same. i miss him so much and i dont know what to do. i just want my friend back. i cant stop thinking about him, and it hurts so bad.i'm getting all teary-eyed just typing this. how do i make it stop hurting? and dont say that time heals all wounds, it's been a year of this now, and dont say get another friend cause i have plenty of friends, and dont say get a man either cause i tryed that too and i just want my friend back, its not about the , even though that is a bonus. somebody please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i like a shy guy and he knows i like him because i wrote him a note saying i did. i kinda look at him a lot, and i've caught him also looking back a few times. he hasn't replied to my note, and i don't think he will. it's been like 2 months, but i still like him. also, about a month ago, someone in my cl(Tony) asked him if he liked me, and he said "f no." i know that because one of my friends(michelle) asked tony to ask him b/c tony and him were friends. after that, though, he's still looking at me. in the morning, we have to sit in the school gym on the bleachers. if i end up next to him, i notice he scoots a little bit closer to me, and he'll bump shoulders w/ me. 2 friday's ago, i caught him looking at me like 4 times. my closest friends insists he likes me back, but i'm hesitant b/c he never replied. they say "he's shy," but idk. he knows i like him. anyway, i was wondering if someone could offer some advice.. should i talk to him? What is it called when you're in a state during sleep where you cannot move but partially conscience?

Usually with enough strenuous thoughts ravaging before sleep, when I fall asleep anyways I sometimes go to the state of deep sleep, then back but my body hasn't responded to it. So I'm still conscience of and all I can move is my eyelids and my breathing rate, but as I'm conscience I realize how slow my breathing rate is then I start panicking. So I try to trolley the breathing to get it faster and faster then I'm finally in control. This happens a few times and I hope it doesn't happen again. So what exactly is this?

ive been on the pill from nov till earli december buh i messed it up lots of times so i gave up n stopped. Then i had a period on 27/11/07 my periods normaly last a week. Bullying ysis: is bullying prevalent through the years of adulthood?

I just wanted to begin a topic about bullying. First I wanted to start off by asking the question "is everyone bullied regardless of social standing?" I myself have been bullied my whole life. Since that is the case I know when someone is trying to manipulate me. Interestingly, sometimes the bully will feel sorry of the person they are bullying and may retract and say something like "well never mind, that is too mean" even during the bullying process, this is even after the person being bullied may act or say they are not affected by it. Putting these situations aside I wonder if maybe at least most people are bullied through their life, but when put in a bullied situation, many times the confidence level of that individual defuses the situation, or if some never face any bullying at all? I have a very strong and confident demeanor, but until somebody knows that, they may look at my face or build, and think I am "cute" or somebody to pick on, despite my tallish height. One of the challenges I have faced with being bullied my whole life is getting the bullying to stop, or making combacks to the bully that stop him. One bully I know, if I start bullying him actually, you can definitely see his body language retract, and he seems to not want to talk, then calls me mean for making comments to him and actually acting quite effected. A few days later, the banter and bullying starts again from his end, and it just doesn't stop. This is not only one person, but most friends I have made have gotten to the point where they bullied me, except people that are smaller then me or very popular friends of mine that I have become close with, that because of their personality do not do that sort of thing. One thing I have noticed, is that bullying seems to exist more so amongst caucasian american people. When I Surround myself with more foreign individuals, I could know them for many years and not have a single instance of bullying. I have found when it comes to bullying, even the person being bullied can become the bully. The thing is at least in my case, I don't want to bully another person, but to be peacefull. I guess maybe these are all good experiences to make me a stronger and more developed individual, maybe more aware of my own problems even, but it's kind of tough to deal with. Sometimes I actually like being bullied, because if the bully has some truth to his manipulation towards me, I can simply change that aspect of my life to make it better. You all should tell me of any bullying experiences you have had in adulthood. How did you deal with them? Does it happen a lot in the workplace? Have you become a stronger individual? On the flipside do you find yourself being the bully?

how to you keep teleporting after punching your opponent and teleport to the other side to punch him again??? i seen it be done when the super punch them and send them fly and then they teleport to the other side and punch again and keep doing that like 3 times but i only know how to do it when i am fully charged in the blue bar.. but when other people do it like 3-4 times the are not fully charged. how do they do it??? anyone know how to do that??

You wont be able to have a normal conversation with him with all this negative stuff on your mind. You do need to tell him exactly what you have told us, but be gentle and non confrontational. Explain to him that you are drained with those exams, and you dont feel he is there for you. Dont make a big drama, just state the facts. This is really not as big as it is in your toughts. He also has his problems going on, and you must forgive him for being self-centered== if you chose to forgive him. All the best
