Should I fire him for coming onto my woman and bullying me?

I run a tight ship in my business and there's no room for disrespect or bullying. I currently have a problem employee who's not following this rule which I find very distressing, especially since this has happened on a number of occasions. For example, I am a well built man (muscle), yet he continually makes jokes about me being fat infront of my wife, trying to embarr me, for example "You're a big man" and telling my wife she'll need double portions for dinner when he's coming around, saying i'll be eating a lot, which I hate. I have repremanded him repeatedly for this, but it's almost as though he thinks calling me fat all the time is funny. I'm all for a bit of banter and can completely hold my own, but it's obviously he's trying to edge me out of my marriage and take my place with my beautiful wife, I've already told her she can't visit the office or invite him over for dinners any longer, but should I fire him?
