If God does not "peak" into the future how does he prophesy?

He Is the future. He is so powerful and persuasive that He can cause everything to happen just how and when it's supposed to. Actually, as you know from the Creation of the world, when he speaks, it happens. The "prophesy" part is just that he is willing to share with us some of the knowledge of what it is and what it's going to be.
