What were his true intentions???

So there is this guy from my school who contacted me over msn we started talking then he told me he thoguht i was hot and pretty and all that stuff soo one of my friends asked him if he was going to ask me out he said no and then on msn he started being a jerk to me and we stopped talking . Then about 6months later he text me on my mine and we were talking then he said again " youre pretty hot aye" Im sooo over him i just have never been able to understand his true intentions!! please what do you think cheers x
