Getting anxious about breech baby!?

This is my second baby and i know that with being the second they can sometimes move into head down position right before the birth but with my first she was head down very early and stayed there (well every appointment from 29 weeks she was head down) this time though the baby has not once been head down. She's either been in a transverse or breech position. I have had lots of scans and i know she's still transverse and can feel her lying across me under my ribs. At what point will they get concerned and start thinking of other options, i really would not like a c-section but as long as baby gets here in good condition i really dont care. Just anxious that noone has said anything so far and not sure when they will say something? just generally got a bad feeling that she isn't going to budge, do you know what i mean?! Anyone else been in my position?! Thanks xx
