Pregnant with #2 and seeing black and white specks is this normal?

Iam seeing white and black specks and some times i can see a black dot that sparkels continuosly in my right eye when i look at the wall or concentrate on something is this normal? I did have low iron levels with my first and had to take iron pills but i never expreienced this so iam a bit worried =/ iam only 5 weeks along and did some bloodwork and results should be in my monday. do you know what might be causing this? I dont get much sleep so iam guessing its that ?
