Have other nations or has the U.S. condemned itself for genocides committed by U.S?

A U.S. House committee has adopted (by 23-22 vote) to condemn the (Ottoman) Turkish state for what is called the "Armenian genocide." So since the U.S. lives in a gl house, have other nations ped official resolutions for genocides committed by the people and govt of the U.S.? Has the U.S. condemned itself for atrocities? Do Italian-Americans acknowledge the inhumanities and crimes of Columbus?
